Prosecutor Wants Mirabilis Bankruptcy Removed

Law360 (June 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal prosecutor may seek to place Mirabilis Ventures Inc.'s Chapter 11 case under the aegis of Mirabilis' suit against former company officials or the government's civil forfeiture action against Mirabilis, both of which are pending in federal district courts.
