Judge Says Intel Must Show Some Notes On Evidence

Law360, New York (June 5, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has ordered Intel Corp. to turn over notes from interviews its lawyers conducted with employees to identify holes in the company's evidence-preservation system in an antitrust dispute with Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and others, adopting recommendations issued by a special master last month.

Judge Joseph J. Farnan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware issued the order Wednesday, rejecting Intel's argument that the interview notes were protected by attorney-client privilege.
