Wyeth Calls For Ousting Of Lawyers In Prempro MDL

Law360, New York (June 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc. has called for the removal of two lawyers from the steering committee of plaintiffs in multidistrict litigation over its hormone pills Prempro and Premarin, accusing the pair of trying to “end-run” the proceedings by re-serving withdrawn discovery requests in a different court.
