Hancock Fabrics Stitches Together Plan

Law360, New York (June 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- More than a year after filing for bankruptcy, fabric retailer Hancock Fabrics has filed its Chapter 11 reorganization plan with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The plan, filed Tuesday, provides for payment in full of all allowed claims against the company, regardless of category.

That includes post-petition interest for holders of secured claims, priority claims and general unsecured claims from the date the company filed for bankruptcy until the date it exits bankruptcy.
