Certified Services Former CEO Enjoined In SEC Case

Law360, New York (June 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Human resources company Certified Services Inc.'s former chief executive has been enjoined from violating securities laws and ordered to pay an undetermined sum in a case over an alleged scheme to divert money from the company into executives' pockets.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Tuesday that U.S. District Judge William Zloch entered a final judgment and permanent injunction against Danny Pixler last month in federal court in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
