IRS Asset Seizure Policy Change Isn't Enough, Atty Says

Law360, New York (October 27, 2014, 2:57 PM EDT) -- An attorney representing clients whose assets were seized by the Internal Revenue Service for so-called structuring of bank deposits said Monday that the agency’s announcement that it will change its seizure policy strikes him as a “way to dodge the controversy that’s erupted out of these cases.”
