Tyson Sues USDA Over Chicken Labels

Law360 (June 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Tyson Foods Inc. has sued the U.S. Department of Agriculture for requiring the poultry giant to pull its antibiotic-free chicken label because, the company says, a new rule by the agency draws no distinction between antibiotics being used in chickens before hatching and after.
