EPA Slams Murray Plant Rule Challenge As Premature

Law360, New York (November 4, 2014, 3:03 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday said the D.C. Circuit may not grant Murray Energy Corp.’s request that the agency stop ongoing rule making for greenhouse gas emissions from existing power plants, arguing no such relief can be sought until there is a final action.
