NLRB Judge Faults McKesson Over Plot To Decertify Union

By Scott Flaherty (November 5, 2014, 4:40 PM EST) -- Pharmaceutical distributor McKesson Corp. ran afoul of federal labor law by soliciting employees in a bid to decertify a union at a Florida facility, a National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Tuesday.

NLRB Administrative Law Judge Keltner W. Locke found McKesson had violated the National Labor Relations Act on several fronts, including by plotting to decertify a local chapter of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters as the union representative for a group of employees in Florida.
