Wiley Rein To Spin Off Bankruptcy Practice

Law360, Chicago (November 7, 2014, 1:16 PM EST) -- Wiley Rein LLP said Friday that it is parting ways with its small bankruptcy and restructuring group, citing a new "strategic plan" recently hatched by the Washington, D.C.-based law firm.

The eight-lawyer bankruptcy team, based out of the firm's northern Virginia office, is "separating" from Wiley Rein, the firm said in a statement, without explaining the exact nature of the spinoff.
