Judge Pressures New Werner To Produce Docs

Law360, New York (June 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing Werner Holding Co. Inc.'s Chapter 11 case has effectively given the ladder maker's spin-off a second chance to comply with several depositions in order to avoid a civil contempt citation and sanctions.

On Tuesday, Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware declined to rule on the motion for civil contempt and sanctions lodged by Old Ladder Litigation Co. LLC, the designee, against New Werner Holding Co. Inc.
