EU Settlement Plan Needs More Incentive: Attorneys

Law360, New York (June 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A new settlement program expected to be introduced in Europe within the next month could give alleged cartel participants the chance to take a speedier route to ending European Commission investigations, but lawyers say that some of the program's provisions could dissuade defendants.
