Wachovia Owes Reservist For Reinstatement: Jury

Law360, New York (June 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal jury ruled Tuesday that Wachovia Securities LLC failed to promptly reinstate a man to his position as a financial adviser when he finished his military duty.
