AstraZeneca Will Appeal Alabama Medicaid Ruling

Law360, New York (June 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca LP has said that it will appeal to the Alabama Supreme Court a judgment against the company in a Medicaid drug pricing suit filed by the state of Alabama, despite a state judge's decision to lower the damages from $215 million to $160 million.
