Survey Shows Surge In Demand For Antitrust Lawyers

Law360 (April 4, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Demand for lawyers specializing in antitrust and trade regulation law has jumped over the past year, exceeding the average for all other areas of the law, according to a survey of attorney placement requests among top law firms.

The survey, conducted by Los Angeles-based attorney placement firm BCG Attorney Search, showed that between March 2005 and March 2006, demand for antitrust attorneys in the United States jumped 60% at law firms that use recruiting services.
