Koch Bros. Unsuccessfully Swing At Tax Extenders Package

Law360, New York (December 3, 2014, 6:25 PM EST) -- House lawmakers on Wednesday passed a package of tax extenders despite a strong lobbying push from the Koch brothers, who sent an eleventh-hour letter to lawmakers urging them to ax the measure because it contains “corporate subsidies” like the wind production tax credit, while an organization affiliated with the Kochs also called for the package's demise.
