Brussels Snapshot: Dechert

Law360, New York (April 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After more than 35 years in Brussels, international law firm Dechert has evolved from a simple “mailbox” operation sending European business across the Atlantic to a diverse firm with a tight-knit antitrust practice group.

Dechert has benefited from an aggressive management style that provided a clear vision for expansion, according to the firm. That rang true in November 2005, when Dechert acquired several attorneys from rival Coudert’s Paris office, including antitrust attorneys that doubled the group’s number.
