But in late 2007, the national law firm undertook a massive effort to attract exactly those clients, hiring expertise at a head-spinning rate.

In less than a year, Duane Morris' campaign to become a player in the generics world has paid off. The intellectual property group has grown its abbreviated new drug application practice to between 15 and 20 professionals.
