Greens Say Challenge To $10B LNG Facility Not Filed Late

Law360, New York (December 8, 2014, 6:17 PM EST) -- Environmentalists on Friday told the D.C. Circuit that their petition challenging the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s approval of a $10 billion liquefied natural gas export facility was not filed late despite the agency’s argument that it came in 25 seconds after a 5 p.m. deadline.
