Greens Say Challenge To $10B LNG Facility Not Filed Late

Circuit that their petition challenging the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s approval of a $10 billion liquefied natural gas export facility was not filed late despite the agency’s argument that it came in 25 seconds after a 5 p.m. deadline.
