Bike Maker Sanctioned In Product Liability Suit

Law360, New York (June 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has ordered a manufacturer of children’s bicycles to pay some of the legal fees for a plaintiff who brought a product liability suit after her son died by choking on a metal part that had come in the package with his new Spiderman bike.
