Judge Considers Injunction In Florida Gun Case

Law360, New York (June 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has put off his decision on a preliminary injunction to stop the Bring Your Gun To Work law from going into effect in Florida, but an attorney watching the case said it appears the judge has made up his mind.
