Embrex Sues Breuil, New Tech Solutions Over "In Ovo" Injection Device

Law360 (December 15, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- Agricultural biotech company Embrex sued rivals Breuil S.A. of Landivisiau, France and New Tech Solutions, Inc. of Gainesville, GA in the U.S. District Court of Eastern North Carolina, alleging that an their "in ovo" injection device infgringes two of its patents.

Embrex is seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages for the alleged infringements and is demanding a jury trial.

The patents in question are U.S. Patent Nos. 5,745,228 ('228) and 5,900,929 ('929), according to Embrex.
