FTC, DOJ To Review Single-Firm Conduct

Law360 (April 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government is making an appeal to the private sector for assistance on how to revise its procedure for asserting various aspects of federal antitrust laws, according to an announcement from the U.S. Department of Justice.

The Antitrust Division of the agency will address the struggle caused by the fast-changing environment of the business world by holding a series of public hearings co-sponsored by the Federal Trade Commission.
