More Charged In Indiana Concrete Price-Fixing Case

Law360 (April 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As the U.S. Department of Justice’s investigation into the concrete industry continues to grow, a federal grand jury kicked off a second wave of indictments this week, charging another Indiana company and three more executives with conspiring to fix the prices of ready-mix concrete.
