Repsol Tosses Supply Contracts, Opening Market

Law360 (April 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ending an antitrust probe by the European Commission, Spanish oil giant Repsol CPP has agreed to end long-term exclusive gasoline supply contracts that have long been under fire by E.U. regulators, a move that will give hundreds of Spanish service stations the option to choose between gasoline suppliers for the first time.
