3rd Circ. Asks Pa. High Court To Mull 'In Pari Delicto'

Law360, New York (July 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has asked Pennsylvania's highest court to consider the application of the “in pari delicto” doctrine in a case brought by creditors of a bankrupt health care nonprofit that are seeking to recover damages from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP over the firm's alleged role in conspiring with the nonprofit's officers to defraud investors.
