OSHA's whistleblower protection program covers 22 federal statutes, including the Affordable Care Act, Sarbanes-Oxley and a myriad of transportation, environmental, consumer product and other safety statutes. Each year more whistleblower complaints are filed with OSHA and employers can expect this trend to continue.
