Akzo Can't Stop EU's Release Of 2006 Bleach Cartel Decision

Law360, New York (January 28, 2015, 7:00 PM EST) -- A European Union court on Wednesday rejected Akzo Nobel NV's bid to keep the European Commission from releasing an extended public version of its 2006 bleach cartel decision, ruling that the company wasn't entitled to special protection from liability for its antitrust violation.
