Patel has experience representing pharmaceutical companies in complex Hatch-Waxman patent litigation involving prescription pharmaceutical drugs and other matters in federal courts throughout the country. He has served as an adjunct professor of pharmaceutical patent law at the Chicago-Kent School of Law and was named one of Chicago's Top 40 lawyers under 40 by the National Law Journal.
