Gillette Files Second Suit Against Schick

Law360 (December 16, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Gillette Co. filed yet another lawsuit against rival Schick-Wilkinson Sword’s parent company Energizer, claiming that Schick’s Intuition razor for women willfully infringe two of its patents.

The two patents, no. 6,415,517 and 6,449,595, cover razors, shaving cartridges and shower hangers and sealed storage tubs for those razors and cartridges, all specifically designed for women.

Gillette is seeking unspecified monetary and injunctive relief, including enhanced relief due to the willful infringement, according to court documents.
