Takeda Expert Says Actos Didn't Cause Man's Bladder Cancer

Law360, Philadelphia (February 2, 2015, 5:36 PM EST) -- An expert witness for Takeda Pharmaceuticals Co. told a Philadelphia jury on Monday that other risk factors, including age and a history of smoking, are more likely to blame for a Pennsylvania man's bladder cancer than the diabetes medication Actos.
