Reynolds Sues Co. Over Trade Dress For Oven Bags

Law360, New York (July 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Reynolds Foil Inc. has accused food storage and cookware products manufacturer Pactiv Corp. of using confidential information in its decision to manufacture and sell oven bags and of using packaging that infringes on Reynolds' product, in violation of trade dress and copyright laws.
