Verizon Hit With FLSA Suit Over Overtime Pay

Law360, New York (July 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An employee of Verizon Communications Inc. has filed a putative collective action against the company and staffing agency PDS Technical Services Inc., alleging that she was hired to work as a customer service representative for 72 hours a week but is only getting paid for 40 hours of work.
