Law360, Los Angeles (February 12, 2015, 10:15 PM EST) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has terminated inter partes review of five food bottling patents after finding that petitioner GEA Process Engineering Inc.'s invoices for the legal costs of the review were charged to a sister company that wasn't listed as a party.
