Blank Check Co. FinTech's $100M IPO Set For Next Week

Law360, New York (February 13, 2015, 1:37 PM EST) -- Blank check company FinTech Acquisition Corp., organized by The Bancorp Inc., said Friday that it would issue 10 million shares next week to raise $100 million in its initial public offering.

New York-based FinTech Acquisition will sell 10 million units at $10 apiece, with each unit accounting for one share of the company's common stock and one warrant, the company said in a statement Friday. The offer is expected to close on Feb. 19 on the Nasdaq Composite Index, which shares trading under the symbol FNTC.
