7th Circ. Drops Sanctions Against Expert In Tire Case

Law360, New York (July 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has knocked down part of a district court’s order that imposed a $100,000 fine and other sanctions against an expert for plaintiffs in one of the product liability suits against Bridgestone Firestone North American Tire LLC and Ford Motor Co.
