E.C. Drafts New State Aid Guidelines For R&D

Law360, New York (April 21, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- While the European Commission’s newly proposed framework on state aid for research, development and innovation may amount to more work for some large companies, overall the guidelines are likely to simplify current procedures, experts say.
