7th Circ. Sends Family Dollar FLSA Case Back To Court

Law360 (July 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday overturned a summary judgment ruling in favor of Family Dollar Stores of Indiana LP in a wage and overtime suit and remanded the case to the district court.
