Supreme Court Solicits View In Microsoft-AT&T Brawl

Law360 (April 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Still mulling over whether to hear Microsoft Corp.’s appeal, the U.S. Supreme Court has asked for the federal government’s take on the software giant’s long-standing patent feud with AT&T Corp. over digital speech code technology distributed overseas.
