Law360, New York (March 9, 2015, 7:08 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday ruled Anda Inc. can't force Gemini Insurance Co., Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America and other insurers to defend it against West Virginia's claims the company contributed to an "epidemic" of prescription drug abuse by enabling "pill mill" pharmacies, as their policies don't cover the economic losses sought by the state.
