Goody's Creditors Tap Duane Morris As Counsel

Law360 (July 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As Goody’s Family Clothing Inc. navigates the second month of its Chapter 11 reorganization, the committee of unsecured creditors has requested the appointment of Duane Morris LLP as Delaware counsel.

The official committee of unsecured creditors joined the bankrupt retailer Thursday in asking Judge Christopher S. Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to sign off on the selection of Duane Morris.
