KV Sues Breckenridge Over Supplement Patent

Law360, New York (July 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Generics maker KV Pharmaceutical Co. has sued fellow generics producer Breckenridge Pharmaceutical Inc. alleging infringement of two patents for vitamin supplements.

KV and three of its subsidiaries filed the suit Thursday in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. The suit names Breckenridge's Folbecal and Multigen products as infringing the patents.
