Alleged Price-Fixing Cabal Sued By Korean Competitor

Law360 (April 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three companies conspired to keep a Korean competitor out of the U.S. rubber and plastics market, a complaint filed Thursday in a federal court in Los Angeles alleged.

Flexsys America LP is accused of charges which include multiple violations of the Sherman Act, breach of contract and unfair competition in the lawsuit filed on behalf of Korea Kumho Petrochemical Company Ltd.

The other two companies involved in the alleged price-fixing, Bayer A.G. and Crompton Corporation, are not defendants in the suit, although they are referenced multiple...
