Ex-SEC Commissioners Side With CSX

Law360, New York (July 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As CSX Corp. and its shareholders gear up for the next round in their battle over equity swaps, CSX has won the support of four former commissioners of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including former Chairman Arthur Levitt.
