5 Years On, EC To Evaluate Antitrust Rules

Law360, New York (July 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The European Commission is looking for feedback on the implementation and enforcement of its antitrust rules in an effort to make it easier for companies to operate across Europe.

On Thursday, the EC said it was looking to gather information about how its antitrust regulation, updated in 2003, is functioning five years later.
