IP Owners Urge ICANN To Stop 'Predatory' .SUCKS Domain

Law360, New York (March 30, 2015, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Intellectual property owners made a final effort Friday to get the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to stop the rollout of controversial .SUCKS domain names, urging the body to halt a “predatory scheme” that’s “designed to exploit trademark owners.”
