Suit Seeks To Ban EPA Approval Of Toxic Pesticide

Law360, New York (July 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A coalition of farmworker and environmental activist groups has filed suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, claiming the regulator wrongfully approved the use of the highly toxic pesticide endosulfan, which is banned in Europe and at least 20 other countries.
