Law360, New York (April 1, 2015, 9:03 PM EDT) -- A New York judge’s ruling that allows the top leadership of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP to tell a jury they were acting in good faith to save the firm from collapse represents a pretrial victory for the indicted executives, experts say, clearing the way for them to assert a lack of criminal intent.
