FWS Sued Over Kill Exemptions For Long-Eared Bat

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 8:42 PM EDT) -- Environmentalists on Thursday accused the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service of failing to properly research its decision to allow the killing of some northern long-eared bats as part of listing the creature as threatened under the Endangered Species Act.
