White & Case-Led Kornit Raises $71M In Reduced IPO

Law360, New York (April 2, 2015, 3:06 PM EDT) -- Led by White & Case LLP, Kornit Digital Ltd., a private equity-backed manufacturer of digital textile printers, raised $71 million in its initial public offering Thursday, below the expected $92.3 million to $106.5 million range.

Listed on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol KRNT, the Israel-based company issued 7.1 million shares of common stock, which ended up hitting the market at $10 apiece. The prospectus estimated an initial share price of between $13 and $15. Underwriters still have the option to purchase an additional 1.065 million shares...
